Under a guaranteed rent agreement, yes — your rent is agreed up front and paid every month regardless of occupancy. Under a managed arrangement, your income reflects what the property actually earns.
On a guaranteed rent agreement there are no fees at all — nothing is deducted from your rent. On a managed arrangement we charge a clear, agreed management fee and nothing hidden on top.

Structural works and the landlord's legal obligations remain with you in both cases.
Guaranteed rent agreements typically run three to five years with a break clause for peace of mind on both sides. Managed arrangements are more flexible and reviewed with you regularly.
